Back wheel locked up

Went out on bike today just riding through local village and back wheel locked up then freed off then locked up again . Thought something had gone in gear box . But found this pics below i [ Guests cannot view attachments ] [ Guests cannot view attachments ]

Never seen that before just my luck lol . Had no tools on me so had to call recovery out . He said never seen that before
