Chromer in north west England ?

(1/1)

FATAL:
Can anyone reccommend a good chromer in NW England  ??? I used a bloke near Altrincham a few years ago but lost his details.

Spitfire:
Got all my stuff done at R&S Electrolating in Oldham, pretty fast turnaround and a good job, just remember that the quality depends on the condition of the parts you take in.

FATAL:
Thanks Spitfire, They're near enough to where I live. Have you any photos (links to ) of your F1 restoration ? It would seem you have done a very thorough job looking at that chrome on the work bench. I started my F1 last October but it's dragging along, I'm almost ready to put the engine back into the frame, once thats done I'm pretty sure things will speed up a bit.

Spitfire:
I've posted a lot of photos on Photobucket of the restoration stages but have tons more and tons more information on the F1,

Fitting the engine was accomplished by lowering the frame onto the engine to prevent the frame getting scratched, this is described on the other SOHC site:

Give me a shout if you need anything
