Weight of CB400 Engine
«

I have managed to score a complete CB400F engine with Carbies but as they are in Geelong (approx 800km away) I need to get them freighted to me.
The person I have bought them from isnt able to weigh the engine but I need a weight for the transport company..
Can anyone give me a pretty close weight of the 400 engine? I can add in for a crate etc.
Thanks in advance

I put my spare engine on the scales, engine complete, no carbs is 59kg.
Carbs are 4kg.

Perfect, thanks for that.. I had guessed at 68kg so I was pretty close. Freight booked so all I need to do now is wait till it all gets here
Then I can make the brackets to put it up on my engine stand.
