I would use it ;D But, i am a bit nuts on fast bikes. Was doing a stupid speed up the A1 yesterday and then along side me was the souped up volvo of the law, giving me a wagging finger ;D

I'm afraid I'm in favour of nailing ANYBODY using a phone while driving, at the end of the day, we all know it's against the law, don't moan if you get caught doing it. (And it's a £2,500 fine for a commercial driver caught doing so!)
