mickwinf:
Can anyone identify this, not even sure if its a honda? Kent 400 i hope you know!

Laverda Dave:
Is it from the original Honda Goldwing GL1000?

mickwinf:
It came with my old goldwing but looked different to the one fitted, also the red line seems high for a wing

kent400:
As you say the red line is too high for a Goldwing. It certainly looks like a Seiki one but they never put their usual lettering around the bottom edge on those tachometer I suppose there wasn't room for that with the temperature gauge right on the bottom edge. It's probably post 1980 as it has a plastic needle.
I'm thinking it might be CX500 but that's really just a wild guess.

K2-K6:
Some of the American CB900 custom type bikes use that sort of layout with same needle and 9500 rpm red line,  which as Kent says are 1980s.

Can't find one with temp guage integrated though,  could it be for oil temp as they did one with a weird 10 speed hi/lo range gearbox fitted?
