I found the perfect solution. Hold the hand grips with the opposite hands. This places the elbows directly in front of your body. It takes a few falls to get used to the new handling but works a treat.

I kept the OEM mirrors on my CB350F and fitted these extenders.

Has anyone found a way to stop mirrors vibrating, on my 750 above about 60 mph I cannot see anything clearly in the mirrors, I do have some rubber mounts on them that I bought in the 70's but they don't work very well.
Cheers

You could try rolled up lead in the bar ends. I know that works for hand vibration. I think there may also be proprietary bar plugs you can buy in place of lead though have never seen them.
Mirrors on my bikes all vibrate, some left, some right, some at 60, some at 80. I just keep looking straight ahead.
