The cylinders on these bikes seem to have a interesting link.

I "think" they are made by a company called JPX of France that run aluminium and magnesium casting foundry that's very connected with interesting engines.

https://www.motorcyclistonline.com/honda-rc174-rc-reborn shows their involvement with this particular project,  and their scope.

Points cover,  alt cover disc and clutch etc are produced to dress the engine.
