400/4 model kit

Good luck with the Super Cub. I'm having the same trouble with eyesight and fat fingers!

I started the 400 kit and even with tweezers I'm finding the tiny parts difficult. 😯

I'm surprised at the insane detail the Japanese have gone to. Internal parts supplied like the clutch, oil filter and sump plate and oil screen which you then glue the covers over and never see again! ☺

Thank goodness I was given the 1/6 scale... it might just suit my poor old eyes :)

Finally finished the 400/4 model. You were right Mike, lining up the engine, frame halves and all the other sub-assemblies at the same time was a pig of a job! I got there in the end but my eyesight and modelling skills aren't what they used to be. It ain't perfect but I'm happy.
