Swing arm bush fitting

Well I got the bushes in OK but the swing arm was binding in the frame because the collar didn't protrude past the bushes so I had to file some of the outer face of the bushes down until the collar  stuck out a bit more! I cleaned out the bore of the swing arm but not the outer edge, think that was where my problem was!  :-\ Seems to be ok now  :)
