David Silver sohc 4cyl anniversary day

<< < (4/19) > >>

Bryanj:
They do say that 50% of Harleys made are still on the road-------the rest got home!

mike the bike:
Surely Massey Davidsons aren't road legal.  I can hear the bloody things a mile away.   There's one up the road, he leaves for work at 7:00 and wakes the whole estate up.  If I take my pipes off it isn't that loud.

florence:
I was considering this so I looked at a map having never heard of Leiston, which I feel bad about.  It is rather a long way for me, over 300 miles and London roads in the way and I really don't like motorways on the bike.  Shame they can't have it in Cornwall or Wales.

Looks like it will be fun.

Are there other events where lots of sohcs gather?  I've only seen one other 500/4 in the last 25 years.

BTW, don't be rude about Ferguson Tractors, fine machines and the first tractor with three point hydraulic system  ;D

pistonbroke 66:
according to AA route finder that would be a return journey of 600.4 miles which maybe a little much for my aching bones although im sure the bike would be fine!!  ;)
