yoshimura 810 kit

(1/1)

ace cafe racer:
is having a yoshimura 810 kit on your bike good or bad? found out today mine has one fitted. hence why its listed as 810cc on V5C

marvo:
There can't be many 810 Yoshis still running, I would relish the idea and would think in a cafe racer then it's very desirable to prospective buyers!!

philward:
I would guess it depends what the bike is used for and what other engine mods it has - ie, cams, etc. I am no expert, but would guess that the 810 kit is high compression where the benefits are felt in the higher rev range - so depends how the bike is going to be used as to the practical benefit. I fitted a 836 standard compression kit to give an increase in torque across the rev range.
