Carburettors before and after pictures

Well after removing the carbs to investigate the leak on no 4 the floats were very badly marked and I have no idea what the previous owner did to them but it looks like they were shot blasted whilst still built up. The floats and float bowls were in a bad state so I sent them to Gerben in Holland for a complete rebuild and replacement of parts.

Hi Julie quite agree looks a top job I couldn’t get them done in this country for less than £350 so very pleased with the outcome. I will get it running then try syncing them. I have done the valVe clearances and checked the timing so fingers crossed I will have eliminated the top end bogging down issue.

Gerben did also my carbs for the 400,his work  is excellent !!!
