This link may have already been posted, but if not here's a series of very good and interesting short classic 70-80's bike videos from Paul Brace to while away the self-isolation.

I bought the XS1100 from him last October featured in his videos. I can not believe that the bike magazine tested it in the condition it was. They did comment about the poor brakes but..........Front tyre on limit. Both front calipers about 90% seized and master cylinder seals shot. All sorted now and it`s a bloody good bike !.

Just watched most of the videos, absolutely brilliant, really enjoyed them.

The XS11 is a heavy brute to stop so would guess the brake pads and the front tire would take a hammering, my mate's CBX had the same issues. You can see on the video the front tire is on the limit. That said, almost seized calipers and a master cylinder with shot seals is poor maintenance, although having so many bikes it's probably difficult to keep on top of things.

Yes, there's some good stuff on there, I particularly like this one but then I do have an interest in both bikes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YW4_YZ3Skh0&t=3s
