Andrew, did you get a letter saying your licence was revoked because if you didnt get that and you only voluntarily surrendered your licence the rules vary a lot

It was not revoked as I opted to voluntarily surrender it - Bev dealt with all that but, will check the rules tomorrow.

Both my mates voluntarily  gave up their licenses because they had been told  it would be harder to get them  back  if they were revoked  by the DVLA.
