Indicators will not flash

All wired up with correct bulbs and engine running-still no luck

Are you using a 3 or a 2 pin flasher?

Genuine 3 pin flasher from another 400/4

Only two reason for no flash if all bulbs lit
1 not enough load
2 duff flasher unit

mike the bike:
I replaced mine with a 2 pin one.  I think it was about £8.  It does sound like the unit is duff.  You've got the correct load, and they all illuminate.   Csnt very anything else really.
