Which model of CB500 Four do I have?

Could anyone please help with the model number so I can order required parts. Is this what is now known as K0? First registered in 1972, the chassis number is 1035XXX, the engine number 1035XXX, colour black as per V5C and was black when I bought it in 1980. I have always known it as purely CB500 Four - no recollection of K anything but parts lists now seem to use designation K0 if I'm not mistaken. Seems to be described as 'general export' model rather than 'England' model in one of the parts lists I've read. I would appreciate any guidance.

Many thanks for all the info guys. Much appreciated and no doubt it won't be long before I'll be picking your brains again.

As nobody has risen to the challenge Bryan, I’m assuming you mean your mate Mr Arthur Itis
Or maybe just one of your common keyboard interaction difficulties?
