As with all re zincing, the outcome is in your initial prep.

Agree Julie ... as long as you are not in a rush  ;) . Have heard good reports of John Street Platers in Sheffield but not tried them out myself yet.

I have used Allen street platers in Sheffield loads of times.
Superb job and done in 3 days and you can barter with them on the door  ;D

Seamus:
Found a small company in Stevenage, (MD Platers). Used a few times for various parts. They do not specialise in bikes but it is run by a couple of bikers.

They do industrial stuff, but will do a basket of bits for a reasonable price (usually cash). I have only had bright zinc done, but the parts came out fine.

All depends on what you want done I guess

Thanks,
Had a ring around and seemingly everyone is snowed under and on very long timescales.
Has anyone used Vehicle & General in Beds?

Cheers,
Andy

Woodside:
GBM in alton hants always have a really quick turnaround

Seamus:
Used them years ago. Good job done, think they now have a long turn around time.
