The best one now is trying to eat or drink something with the clear covid face shields on  >:( ;D

Happens to me too.  I thought it was just me!  I use the hook side of the velcro fastening on my gloves to scratch it.  Ecstacy.  I also get an itch on my collarbone and my jacket is to tight to get at it.
