finally had to accept that my bike riding days are coming to an end due to hip, knee and ankle issues. so i've been looking at scooters and the burgman 400 seems very popular. anyone here got one?

Can't help with the scooter advice but just wanted to say that I'm sorry to hear you are giving up riding bikes - I dread that day. Hope you get the pleasure of riding out of your future riding on a scooter

Been thinking along the same lines - 72 in June (if I make it!) and the Burgman is a very capable machine - not checked to see if there is a forum? Having had Honda printed through me like Blackpool rock, I've been looking at 750 Forzas - they do an old 300 too and a mate here has one - have a go, they're great! That has now increased to 350 on the latest model.
My problem is that I still have a 1500 SE Wing, worth 4/5ths of bugger all against a new Forza but took it for an MOT on Monday and now can't bear to part with it.
Will I ever grow up?

i still have two 750/4s in the middle of restoration but i might not be able to ride them once they're finished. but still, i enjoy working on bikes too.
