As far as iknow they dont exist unless you can make your own

The rubber parts fell to pieces when refurbishing my carbs. Am I ok to assume it’s ok to run without them?

I can't work out what they do aside from making it easier to assemble all four carbs onto the mounting plate.

Almost anything rubber that isn't a seal, electrical or your tyres I'd put down to being for suppressing vibration.
