Probably made in Italy. Mecadapo? MIVV? Busso?
I have the same bike, btw. This model is so much nicer than the poorman's edition the Brits had, don't you think?
In case you're interested, CMSNL has a repro on offer of Part 84101-323-671 - BUMPER, REAR in Hondaspeak. A month ago I have received mine, but have not mounted it yet. It's an exact copy, but quality steel and chrome is better than the original. Also made in Italy by a company that is specialised in parts for these bikes.
Semi-chrome (imitation) strip for around the tank is widely available. I never bothered to go for the original strip. Mine is cheap and just as nice. Envy your tank, I must say.
Let me know, if you need additional info like tests, Owner's Manual or the correct wiring diagram.
Yours is not the -G type (Germany), so it's either the -ED type (Europe Direct Sales) or the -F (French type).
The French type had the 627B carbs, the other models the 649A carbs. The -F type lacked the side reflectors, so I will modify my -ED partly into the French type, as I have always hated that plastic amber stuff. Luckily CMSNL provided me with the original crossheads the -F type had fit in the holes.

A further remark. Although your passenger footpeg needs a little twist CCwise, the position interests me. I seem to remember, my pegs originally were also inclined forward when I got my K2. Here's why I think they also were angled like the lower frame tube. I remember on long stretches, I would lower the rear pegs whilst riding, to allow my long legs to be at least temporarily in a different position, by having my feet on the rear pegs; to avoid being in the same postion all day and developing muscle strain. I can not imagine I could have lowered them - riding! - if they had been inclined to the rear. Over the years I have seen several photos of our model, some with the pegs to the rear and some inclined forward. Anyway, on our model they have to be inclined either way as the short exhaust bracket has a special lug.
