Probably made in Italy. Mecadapo? MIVV? Busso?
I have the same bike, btw. This model is so much nicer than the poorman's edition the Brits had, don't you think?

In case you're interested, CMSNL has a repro on offer of Part 84101-323-671 -
BUMPER, REAR in Hondaspeak. A month ago I have received mine, but have not mounted it yet. It's an exact copy, but quality steel and chrome is better than the original. Also made in Italy by a company that is specialised in parts for these bikes.
Semi-chrome (imitation) strip for around the tank is widely available. I never bothered to go for the original strip. Mine is cheap and just as nice. Envy your tank, I must say.
Let me know, if you need additional info like tests, Owner's Manual or the correct wiring diagram.
Yours is not the -G type (Germany), so it's either the -ED type (Europe Direct Sales) or the -F (French type).
The French type had the 627B carbs, the other models the 649A carbs. The -F type lacked the side reflectors, so I will modify my -ED partly into the French type, as I have always hated that plastic amber stuff. Luckily CMSNL provided me with the original crossheads the -F type had fit in the holes.
