Pilot jet internal diameter

For blocked or partially blocked pilot jets I use a strand from a Draper wire brush. I find that it's just the right size & this method has been used a number of times now, with good successes each time.

Single strand of multiflex wire seemed to do the trick and the old girl fired up first time after the carbs were refitted. Had the vac gauges on the carbs yesterday and she now purrs like a good un.

A quick blip round the block indicated that the brakes bind and so this is tonights job. Strip them down and clean up the piston seal.
