I've got the frame on it's back and I've just noticed something weird, it looks like the centre stand is bent slightly. The legs don't look level. So it'll have to come off again and I'll have to try and straighten it. Shame it's powder coated. Two steps forward, one back . :-[

I share your pain when my frame came back from the powder coaters I noticed the right hand rear foot peg loop was slightly bent inwards. I was able to cold strighten it without breaking the powder coating layer. Not perfect but good enough sisually.

I posted a couple of days ago a reply to this thread and it's gone, no sign of it including in my post count. We having forum issues Steve?

Yetanotherbike:
Of course, now I think one of the legs is bent, which one is the straight one and which is the bent one!

Oddjob:
If it was on the bike one would hit the floor before the other, in that case it normally the other that's bent as they tend to get knocked back not forward.

Might be an idea to wait until the bike is on it's wheels and see if it's actually bent and not just an optical illusion.

Good call, I shall do that. At least for now, it will allow me to carry on with other 'stuff'.
