What use is this except to pass off one bike as another?

I believe that unless you can prove "criminal intent" then it's no different to selling write off vehicles with unmarked V5C - that is still a big market, no mention of the separate Chassis plate either.
Can't see the headstock getting past a DVLA inspection though! lol

Perfect to use on a stolen bike  in the future if the bid shown is genuine..

The less contentious way might have been to sell the horn, and not mention the headstock 😂
