Stainless Steel 500 wheel & engine spacers
Oddjob:
Max just an idea but I'd also consider making the internal spacer for the rear wheel 42625-283-000, https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb500k1-four-england_model14660/collar-b-axle_42625283000/ the reason I suggest this is because it tends to get damaged when removing the rear wheel bearings if you don't know or in my case don't remember to drive out the O/S bearing first. I had to buy a new one and got the last one in stock at CMS, cost me around £30 inc P&P. They are very hard to find these days so maybe consider making some and selling them on Ebay for instance. If it helps I still have the old damaged one lying around so you could have that to help copy it.

Cheers Oddjob, looks like its used on quite a few models so probably worth making a few. Would be great if i could get the damaged one to copy.
Oddjob:
PM me your address and I'll get it in the post for you. It's a bit damaged but only on the top edge and if you need any measurements confirming I have a NOS one available to measure up.
Oddjob:
Not sure what's happened Max but I got your PM with the address, just gone back to the message box so I can address the envelope and it's gone. It's like Steve has reverted to an earlier version of the forum and lost everything that was posted after a certain time. Can you send it again please.

Not guilty m’lud.
I will take a look after dinner. Deciphering Julie’s screenshots on my phone is not going to hack it.
