What does time warp mean?

I have a 2007 Honda CB600F with 1450 miles on the clock....is that Time Warp condition.....or just 'Low Mileage' ?

That’s a later version with different exhaust and paint so wouldn’t be interested anyway

They are nice looking little bikes. That one is listed as green...candy peacock green? is all I can find on a colour search but it doesn't look very bright for a peacock.

Anyone know where the brochure picture was taken? It's an impressive hall.
