160 psi sounds pretty healthy to me - what is the original 150-170 psi?

Did you remember to open the throttle fully when do the compression test?

A lot forget or don't know to do that.

No rebore std rings bore was ok
carb not on bike when checked

Engine cold?

Pauarc:
Yes cold and no oil
