The one I bought & returned was less than £20 iirc but sent it back as the thread was too small - not in my -bay history as I had a full refund in 2021.

If you have the correct Honda Part number for the US tank might be worth an google search.

You should be able to drill the tops off the rivets, remove the face plate and lever, remove and replace the oring inside and then retap the holes where the rivets went to fit some 3 or 4mm screws.
