Steve did not say it was copyright, he said CafePress said it was copyright and they may have just said that in the slight off chance it was to avoid any legal disputes. That's a totally different proposition. The manufacturers of my badge are aware it's a side panel badge, I supplied a pic of a real one so they could see what it looked like. They haven't mentioned copyright and you'd think they would if they were worried. I'm actually wearing a T shirt today with a big Honda logo on it, a pic of the 500-4 and underneath a side panel badge logo, not a single TM in sight, no label saying made under copyright etc. My son bought it for me off Ebay.
As I also said, I checked all the copyrights that Honda have registered and it's not registered, I doubt Honda are worried about a bike they no longer support (even though Sochiro Honda said they would always support past bikes) it's a 50 year old bike, no one is interested except us sad buggers.

I’ll just have to bite a pillow until Nigel makes me one, never mind the file in the cake Nigel, try hiding some Vaseline inside instead. Oh crap, I said Vaseline and that’s bound to be copyrighted, that’s another 5 years on the sentence, I meant to say of course, some Petroleum Jelly.
