Keihin 022a carburettor choke lever
SteveW:
I found the spring with a magnet sweep.
I work with superconducting electromagnets every day, trouble is they weigh around 5 tons and are insanely strong.
Wouldn’t be a good idea to use one, everything metal would be stuck to it and wouldn’t come off.

I "lost" a clip from my 500 gearshift fork - did the sweeping of the garage floor thing with brush then magnet on the sweepings, no luck until about two months later I spotted it by chance about six feet away from where it "escaped" during removal.

I hate when that happens, there’s so many nooks and crannies in an average w/shop that something can find its way into. Although south of the border do you have “nooks and cranniesâ€?😜
neat street:
you can use a sock over the end of a vaccum cleaner hose, the sock works as a sieve to stop the parts going where they shouldnt, also good for non metalic parts..
Green1:
That wouldn't work with my socks
