It's a long shot but if your starter is the same as a 400N Superdream I have a good used one.
Might be worth checking the part numbers.

Superdream part number is 31200-413-780.

31200 286 168 is the number for the 360 alsp seems to be the same as all the 250 and 350 twins so ought to be loads out there if needed

Hi All,
I put an earth wire to the engine from the battery negative terminal.
The bike cranked over no problem.
I then took off the engine plate which has the main earth wire.
Cleaned off some of the stove enamelling and presto it cranked over no problem.

 I’d dismissed a circuit issue as you had previously stated you had checked the earth connection. Glad it’s all worked out for you.

You are not the first and wont be last to be caught out by that, a nos bracket comes with no paint where the cable AND the engine case touch it
