Mystery bracket/bolt by the centre stand. What is it?!

What is the right hand bracket (with the bolt and rubber insert in it) for please? I can’t figure it out and would like to know what it’s for for when I build the bike back up!!!

Out of interest what model bike is the stand from?

Could it be for fitting a stand switch for different markets?

Me too, in curiosity of which bike thus is.

Normally a rubber mounted component is expected to either vibrate, possibly with the engine, and preserve the component from stress while being supported.  Or prevent engine vibration getting back into the frame to annoy the rider.

We'll have more insight by knowing the model to give clearer view of possible component.

Ken informs me the bracket is an exhaust mount on some models to prevent vibration.

He is missed here by many members.
