I started last week feeling below par.
COVID test negative.
Started coughing last Friday with a high temperature all weekend.
My throat has felt like I've swallowed a fist.
I started with ear ache yesterday.
Every evening I think I'm on the mend.
I wake up at around 4.00am feeling as though it's started all over again.

My only consolation is Wendy has it much worse.

I think the tester kits can go out of date, if on the shelf for a while. Look after yourselves. 👍

That sounds nasty, there is a lot of flu around at the moment apparently. Hope you are better soon. Please don’t upload any of the bugs with your posts. 

The test for real flu is:- someone tells you there is a big box of NOS Honda 550 parts free just down the road from you and you can’t even make the effort to go and collect them.

So I have had in the last three months, the latest 'flu jab, the latest Covid booster, plus an immune system general booster.
I'm trying to be positive, just think how much worse I might have felt were it not for the above.

I'm taking Paracetomol, I did mange however to drive to Chesterfield to drop off the frame yesterday, so by substitution. Yes I would fail the Murf real 'flu test!

If you are still coughing Ted 2 co codamol and some Benylin original(NOT NON DROWSEY) works for me
