Thank god it’s not just me!😳 I feel a whole lot better after reading the above. Spreadsheet sounds like an excellent idea! If I just consolidated all the bits and pieces I have ordered into one container that would be a great help. I hate to think what it would be like if I had several projects going on at the same time. 🤪 Note to self - get your act together!

As my GF gifted me a number of robust, stack-able plastic containers we spent 2 days over the Holidays finally sifting through various cardboard boxes, sorting numberless bags & items, and logging all my NOS Honda spares into a spreadsheet, so I gain an overview about my stocked items in order to avoid mentioned over-ordering the same things, double, triple, quadruple, five-fold, etc...
Found like 9(!) clutch server gaskets, 7(!) sets of ST1100 hub dampers, 4 sets of head bearings, 2 sets
of fork bushings, one complete clutch set, etc, etc, etc... ???
But CMS is really helpful for ID-ing part numbers, description/dimensions and applicable models... 8)

Anyway Johnny, guilty as charged here too but worse than that is that I know EXACTLY where that illusive part is that I bought, I can even picture which shelf it is on - trouble is that was at the last house we lived in nearly 20 years and 500 miles ago!
