That's good news Roo and thanks for keeping us all updated. His family must be relieved he's coming round.
I had morphine about 20 years ago when I did my back in, great stuff from what I can remember about it but I was off on a legal trip within a couple of minutes of the injection 😶‍🌫️.
Happy to make a contribution for a going home present, knowing Ken he'll soon get bored just sitting around. I give him two weeks before he's making cam chains and carb felts!

I wonder if there’s such a thing as a Grim Reaper-a-gram?????

Not sure I’d get away with that one would I?

Evening all.

I spoke with Loz today and he’s definitely on the up. He’s managed to raise both his legs about an inch off the bed today whilst being, quote, “quite with it” sooner than the nurses expected. He’s also trying to scratch his face and trying to move his arms albeit only a few cm’s. Presumably as he’s got a beard now which must be quite odd I should imagine.

Loz mentioned we’d been asking etc and he tried a smile but nodded gently

He can’t talk because of the trache and he’s had a pipe down his neck for ages so he’s blinking answers at the min but he’s on the up which is fantastic news.

Loz asked that if some of us could send an audio message to gee him up a bit and right now we’re just sorting a number to send over but I think that’s quite a cool idea if anyone’s up for it. At least he can’t chunter back

I’ll keep you posted and it’ll be in a few days.

Cheers chaps

Thanks Roo ,
That's great news on Kens progress it won't be long before physio work out that a Dremmel & some Polish & a Honda casting will be great for Kens rehabilitation.  Not sure the health trust will be when they get the eleci bill for his ward
