Kens one of life's fighters, great to hear he is still beating the odds Roo.

I've never met Ken in person though I have spoken to him at length on the phone during his suspension. Ken doesn't do short phone calls as  he wants to spread his knowledge and enthusiasm for the 500.
I look forwards to him having the strength to post again, such a great fella.

Thats all sounding positive Roo. Still delicately balanced though I'm sure.

With his ipad. Tell him to look up a utube channel called Superbike Surgery. Link below of recent job.

Ehyup Tim,
I passed him those details about a year ago, I’m an avid fan and love his fuel injection diagnosis sessions.

Hi guys,

Stacy here - Ken’s daughter.

I just made an account simply to say a massive thank you from all of the family for the well wishes for my dad. It’s most definitely not been an easy 6 weeks - hardest of our lives in fact but I’m pleased to say he’s making some good progress now. He has a speaker valve in his trache (which is hopefully being removed soon) and so he’s been talking away to us which is so lovely to hear.

I managed to get him on a video call with Roo today which really made him smile so thank you Roo

Honestly though my dad will no doubt read all your messages and will really show him how much of an incredible man he is and how much he’s thought of. Myself, my sister and brother are truly very lucky to have him as our dad and I know he’s got some good friends in you guys too.

So thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the well wishes, thoughts and messages. It’s so appreciated and hasn’t gone unnoticed.

If anyone does want to send him a message such as an audio clip or just a written message please feel free to contact me and I can ping you my number.

Speak soon

Stacy x

He’s deffo got a twinkle in his eyes again which was great to see, his sense of humour seems not to have been damaged too  much either, casting aspersions at my superior Yorkshire qualities!

I had to threat to go see him to cut him short
Glad to see the silly sod on better form though.

Hi Stacey.
Great to hear your Dad is on the mend and thank you for taking the time to register an account on the forum to personally let us know how Ken is doing, he's missed on the forum and especially his witty comments with Roo😁.
Hopefully he'll be home soon to finish the 550 project we are all waiting to see🙂.
