Carb balancing

If you squirt WD40 on the joint where you suspect a leak the engine note will change as it sucks in a bit of something else instead of aiir.

Hi everyone just spent another couple of hours tuning the carbs using advice supplied by the forum and it’s looking pretty good, just leaned out the carbs using the air screw which worked out about 1/4 turn from stock so overall very pleased, carb tune is a nice piece of kit as well.

Nice work, especially with some progress too.
When I've used those balance tubes I've found them very good. Easy to use, very responsive and fast to work with. A decent tool they certainly are.

Yes good bit of kit a carbtune, i find with my 550 that I have to use it upside down to get the readings to move, why is this?
