Does anyone know what the exhaust temperature should be running at, as in what is a safe maximum?

I just did some tuning on my CB550K1. Needle adjustment, re vacuum sync. Its running smoother than ever all.plugs are a nice tan color. Checking the exhaust pipe right at the head the temps were 95ç -105ç after a 10 min ride.
