Head back on and cam on and timed. Just that bit of manipulation of the tensioner gave me that little bit more and needed virtually no leverage. Re-used the gasket so we'll see. I agree Oddjob the snug fit of the chain on the sprocket gives a more positive fit and I think it will be quieter.
