Just had the heads up about the 2026 Distinguished Gentlemans Ride.

I am based in West Sussex and thoroughly enjoyed last years event mainly because the weather was magnificent and people were feeling charitable. From a motorcycling point of view it was not a particularly enjoyable experience because of the constant 1st/2nd gear and clutch work required. Such congestion and constant clutch work made it unpleasant for me but I would like to hear other views as I guess dozens of you guys do it regularly.
