The first gen covers allowed the rocker shafts to rotate snd wear out the cover making valve clearance problematic . I have a spare cover with pinned rocker shafts which are hard to find Needs a good clean up / vapour blasting but mechanically fine. I paid £90 plus postage for it. Please pm me as I am Not a regular visitor these days. Hope this is useful to someone rather than sitting on my garage shelf.
