Oil filter washer, 15414-300-000
« on: September 05, 2026, 05:45:17 PM »
Managed to find some stainless steel washers identical to the genuine Honda washer. It's the one which prevents the spring from punching through the filter rubber. Most get thrown away accidentally when you change the filter as it tends to get stuck to filter and if you don't know then in the bin it goes.

Believe it or not there is one on Ebay for around £4.50 but the postage from the USA is £320.

I was thinking £1 a washer plus P&P. Not sure how much that will be at present but my local postie says that second class can take up to 10 days to arrive but first class is still being delivered as promised. Order as many as you like, I have around 50 of them.

I'll post a price for first and second class post when I ask at the PO. Looks to be around 91p for second and £1.80 for first so long as they are under 100g.

Forgot to say, the washer fits the 350/400/500/550 and 750 fours. Probably the 650 as well.

I got a parking fine at my local hospital. They were doing free parking for months then decided to go back to paying. Didn’t bother posting signs warning people, so I got a fine. If I paid it within 14 days it was £35, if not it went to £70. Got the notice and rather than fight it I decided to just pay it the next day. Went inline to pay it and it said £70 please. Only then did I notice it was already 18 days old, I’ve been getting hospital appointments after I’ve already missed them. So I had a word with the postie and was told this was common with 2nd class, I was told to write to my MP to complain.

I'm not 100% certain, it's my understanding that most Hospital Trusts do not use the Post Office for collection of mail from the hospital. They use private contractors like Whist Group who collects the mail and then store and distribute it to Royal Mail, hence the delays.

I've just finished ordering exactly that item from DSS the other day. I only discovered it actually existed while studying the exploded diagrams on the CMSL site.  :o

I think you'll find is that they have actually run out of stock for now, instead of taking down  the listing they make the item unorderable by marking the postage out of reach, and amend it when they have stock again, something like that. Maybe they plane don't want to do overseas.

Whilst it's a bit clunky, the NHS app is very handy as the online appointments are all there. Only problem is some hospital appointments for tests aren't included. The migration for Swift Queue plus access to letters that the hospital consultants send to your GP are also there. I also received text notifications for Wendy via the NHS app.
My GP uses System0nline platform and Rapid Health Smart Triage Booking System.
