I'm trying to install a new clutch cable, and I've got to the bit where I have to adjust the actuator arm so it matches up to a mark on the case by turning the clutch adjuster screw.
When I turn the screw, nothing happens; the arm doesn't move up or down. i found this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQlyYfTVQrA that shows what my adjuster arm is like, and its got me wondering whether this is correct and i'm missing something with the adjuster, or if something is out of whack with the internal mechanism.
I can't find anything to explain this, so before I drain all the oil out, and pop the side cover off, can anyone explain what normal should look like and why mine seemingly isn't? It's quite possible i put it together incorrectly when i had the side cover off.
Many thanks.
