SteveD CB500K0:
I've got a set that I bought on eBay years ago.

I'll go and see if I can still find them.

Steve

pastyman:
thanks again for your help everyone

i'm going to sound tightfisted now and say i'm going to look elsewhere from D/S because my personall opinion is that although he has the stock, i think he is very expensive for what he does

thanks once again

and to finish off here is a piccy of my bike (purists look away now  ;D)

pastyman:
ARGGHHHHH

new carb rubbers arrived and duely fitted but i still cant get headers 1 & 2 hot

now so far i have

compression test across all cylinder - all equal
stripped carbs completely and cleaned
used a suck ometer (not sure of real name) it tests the amount of air being sucked into carbs
took plugs out 1&2 are spotless 3&4 sooty
adjusted all valve clearences

what else can i do now please as im starting to pull my hair out
cheers

kaceyk2:
take the plugs out of cylinders 3 and 4 and put a bit of fuel down the plug holes, put the plugs back in and see if she fires on those cylinders when you crank it over..if she does, you still have carb issues....sooty plugs are a sign of over rich mixture---- too little air..
try that and report back....

Bryanj:
You think DS is expensive? try going to a Honda dealer!!!

Example

Caliper seal from DS
