What is the carb size on a '78 F2?

Does anyone know what size the carbs are on the '78 F2?

I've looked on the web and all I can find so far is that the '69-'76 are 39mm and the '79-'83 DOHC are 42mm

Official manual lists them as 28mm and I.D. number as PD42A
