what so both calipers are on top and at the front???

Yes BUT the forks are a bigger diameter so you need the yokes as well

550 four are the same as well

CB400n forks are 33mm diameter - they should slide straight into the original triples.

500 or 550 hub, laced into an 18", 40-hole rim keeps the speedo setting nice and can take two discs up front.
