Yes it is but as you have found DVLA want to inspect the bike---If you turned with a Manufacturers letter (Honda UK) they would not have wanted to inspect the bike. At least that was the rules last time i did one

Log book arrived must have been happy with all the docs I have supplied. Now I can Tax and RIDE ;D
