front mudguard fit

Is that an original mudguard? Why no stays?

oddjob I have another mudguard but it has a non standard blade grafted on to the original brace, it looks the same at first glance but will measure. Lester it has the two stays but even they don't seem to fit properly, and I need some of those plastic spacers that fit between the stays and mudguard.

I wondered that, anyone with a 750 able to confirm? If it is a 750 item I will probably sell it rather than bodge it to make it fit.

Hi Mick the brace on my gold 750 is approximately 120 mm long
