front mudguard fit

Nearly forgot here is a pic from the side with a 100/90 Tyre fitted

Had a measure and its about 125 mm from bottom edge of bracket to edge of blade, so similar to green1's . not sure what to do now, if someone with a 500 could give me the same measurement to compare that would help.
