"During the War" er no not quite that far back Lol!, i did fit boyer to me Commando 850 interstate, with no coil swap over, & later to a Gs750 i had, same ran it with standard coils, no probs.
Have heard of the Hondaman system, has anyone got it fitted?.
Stumbled on something called Newtronic ignition somewhere on the web, but as happens annoyingly sometimes, cant find it again grrrr!.

I would caution against the Dynas. In recent years they have been faliling in large numbers. I have a Pamco and I like it very much. The Hondaman unit is also getting high praise.

Hi,
never had trouble with with the boyer unit, on my 400/4, and it was 2nd hand of a 750,-fit,set-up and forget---ken

I have the Hondaman unit fitted for 5000 miles now. Can't fault it, easy to fit, easy to revert back to points at the side of the road. Hondamans great warranty. Easier starting and quicker warm up. Inexpensive!
